Terminal Signal Issues - any tips or tricks?

Not submitting this as support as such, because Its only consistently happening to one outlet, but they’re just constantly having their terminal go offline, I’ve already swapped it out for a new one, I’ve tried SIM, WiFi only, WiFi and SIM but WiFi connected, and it just seems once a week I’m getting this call.

I’m beginning to wonder if they’re in some sort of Faraday cage!

Anyone had this before? I don’t get it with others, or at least they don’t tell me - it’s hard to even “support” it as such because all I can really say is to reboot it.

Let me know if you’ve had similar, perhaps environmental causes etc?

What SIM cards are you using. I use IoT simcards that will connect to the strongest network in an area and if one goes down it will switch to another.

Have you tried those Sims?

Not actually heard of them - im using 1p mobile or Smarty - any you’d recommend?

I have an account with a company called Zest4. It’s pretty good. The data Sims are great. If Vodafone drops out it will go to the next strongest network.
