v196.0.0 of the Redbox terminal app was released today. Terminal releases roll out in phases and most terminals with good connectivity will update over the next few days. This release includes the following changes and fixes:
New
- Sunmi V2s Plus terminals, a handheld terminal with a wider 80mm printer and larger screen, are now supported.
Fixed
- Resetting a terminal pin in management did not log the terminal out, resetting the pin now logs the terminal out so that the new pin can be entered.
- Some terminals had an issue with the no-network sound replacing the new-order sound. These terminals now make the correct alert sound for each event.
- Improvements to log-off functionality, users will now need to restart the device once logged off.
