From 1st October, we’re simplifying how Marketing pricing works. This change makes costs easier to predict, clearer to understand, and better aligned with your actual customer base.
What’s Changing?
We’re retiring channel-based billing (email, push, SMS etc).
Instead, pricing will now be based solely on the number of registered customers in your account.
One number. Straightforward and predictable.
Why This Change?
The previous model made it difficult to forecast spend or understand how usage translated into cost. This new approach means:

You pay based on the size of your actual customer base

You’re not billed for tech complexity behind the scenes

It’s now way easier to know which tier you’re in
What About the Pricing Itself?
We’ve refreshed the tiers—including a more generous Free Tier to give you more room to grow before you need to upgrade. In many cases, you’ll now be able to serve more customers at your current price.
These changes will take effect automatically from your October Invoice.
