Loyalty Cards: Getting Started Guide Now Available

We’ve published a new Getting Started with Loyalty guide to help marketplaces plan and launch Loyalty Cards in a clear, consistent way.

The guide covers:

  • How Loyalty Cards work and how rewards are funded.

  • Our recommended standard setup for launching loyalty.

  • How to introduce loyalty to your outlets.

  • How to launch loyalty with customers.

We’ve also included suggested Loyalty Terms & Conditions to help you get started. These are provided as guidance only and should be reviewed and approved by your own solicitor before being published or relied upon.

Important: Loyalty Cards require app version 6.x to be fully supported for customers. However, you don’t need to wait for the app release to get started.

You can start now by:

  • Reviewing the setup guide.

  • Deciding on your loyalty card structure.

  • Creating your Loyalty Cards in management (you can activate them later).

  • Talking to your outlets about how loyalty will work and how rewards are funded.

This means you’ll be ready to switch Loyalty on as soon as app 6.x is available, with outlets already informed and aligned.

As always, start simple, you can refine and expand your loyalty offering once it’s live and understood.

If you have any questions, the team is happy to help.

Hey all, Looking forward to getting stuck into this loyalty card addition. Do i need to do anything to get access to the setup as it does not seem to be on my menu bar in the marketplace?

Hi John, I have enabled it for you just now.

Thanks,

What’s everyone calling their loyalty cards? On reflection, naming the scheme after the outlet looks stupid on the app - I should have done with names like Pizza Club etc

I use the name and stamps example: Icon Stamps, Boston Grill Stamps, Kebab House Stamps, which kind of works
