We’re excited to introduce Waybox, our new fleet and driver management platform, built to integrate seamlessly with Redbox and give marketplaces the ability to create and manage their own delivery network alongside existing delivery integrations.
We’re opening up early access to a small number of marketplaces that want to help shape the platform as we build it out.
Why Waybox?
Most marketplaces rely on third-party delivery networks. They offer great coverage, but often come with higher costs and limited control over the delivery experience. Waybox gives marketplaces an alternative: the ability to build and run their own delivery network, giving outlets another fulfilment option and a potentially more cost-effective route to delivering orders.
How it works with Redbox
Waybox integrates directly with Redbox; delivery jobs are created and assigned automatically as orders come in, with statuses synced in real time so outlet staff always have visibility without manual updates. A driver is secured before the order is even sent through to the outlet, and held on a clear “waiting for outlet” status, shown in red with a stopclock icon, until the order is accepted. The job then turns amber once accepted but not yet time to head to pickup, and green when it’s time to go, giving drivers a simple, traffic-light view of exactly where things stand. Customers get live tracking from dispatch through to delivery.
