Discounts - Buy one get one Half Price

Hi all :waving_hand:

I was wondering if the Redbox system currently allows for more complex discount offers, such as:

  • Buy One, Get One Half Price

  • Or Buy Two, Get the Cheapest Item Half Price

I’ve seen examples where offers like “10% off when you spend £20” are possible, but I’d love to know if there’s functionality (or a workaround) for offers where the discount applies specifically to the cheaper item in the basket.

If this isn’t something that’s possible right now, is it on the roadmap for future updates? These kinds of deals are very popular with customers and could be a great boost for sales.

The only workaround I know of currently is having two Options - one full price and then the second page being half price. Duplicate an option and edit the prices, that’s probably the easiest way.

Yea, seems that may be the only way. I had to do this for Roast dinner options previously too.

Hi, these offers can be currently be created using menu item options, but Meal Deals and BOGOF are both on the roadmap for future development.
