Every outlet on your marketplace needs a fully verified Paybox account before it can start taking orders. To make this as smooth as possible, we’ve created a short training video that walks outlets through the whole process step by step. It’s a handy resource to share if an outlet gets stuck or has questions along the way.

Key things to know
Outlets must complete it themselves. Financial regulations require the business owner to complete Paybox onboarding personally, so you can’t do it on their behalf. Your role is to share the onboarding link and support them through it.
Check the details match first. A common mistake is a mismatch between the business and owner details on the Outlet Details page in Redbox and those entered in Paybox. Ask outlets to check these before they start.
Include all owners and directors. Missing anyone with significant control over the business, or any oits directors, is a frequent cause of errors.
Watch for missing requirements. Once the Paybox onboarding form has been submitted, any outstanding issues will show on the Outlet’s Payments page. These need addressing quickly, or payouts may be delayed or blocked. You can keep track of the outlet’s Paybox account status using the Paybox column on your Outlets screen. It’s also worth asking the outlet to check their emails, as Paybox may have contacted them directly about missing information.
Supporting your outlets as they complete this process will help prevent issues with their setup or future payouts, and avoid delays in launching your marketplace.
