AI at Redbox/Korelogic

Just curious about internal AI usage, if it’s being used, how its helping etc, as a heavy user myself.

I wondered if things are being thought of like Redbox MCP? or Documentation llms.txt? I have some AI powered support in place via email and I think it’d be cool if it had all the documentation at its fingertips in the right format too etc.

For marketplace users like me, how’re you using AI currently to help?
